I am a big fan of classic sci-fi and monster movies (Just listened to The Green SIime episode of Monster Kid Radio) and so am surprised that this one remained off my radar until recently when I happened upon your review, which was spot on! The film was a lot of fun with the cast exhibiting some B movie charm. Solid monster design as well. And I have to admit that I did not recognize Tim Holt?! I know him best, as most film fans probably do, from the Treasure of Sierra Madre. Anyway, thanks again for shedding some light on this little B movie gem.
Best,
Jonathan
Astoria, QueensAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15897704221065334534noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6454873002076228341.post-31561558838098889102015-06-25T19:27:21.546-07:002015-06-25T19:27:21.546-07:00Watching this movie made me more interested in Hol...Watching this movie made me more interested in Holt's work. Not a big Western fan, but will be checking Amazon to see if some of his other films are in the Prime library (Including the one you mentioned; ashamed to say I have yet to see that one0>
Chris McMillanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11984491691201045762noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6454873002076228341.post-60547846570381089852015-06-24T22:59:01.385-07:002015-06-24T22:59:01.385-07:00Love this flick. And if you haven't seen that film, stop whatever you're doing right now and watch it. It's a classic even among Bogart classics.
Stephen D.
