The last Weekly Update in May has plenty of great events for Pacific Northwest Horror/Sci Fi/Fantasy Fans, but even more is on the way!

The downside to taking a vacation is having to catch up on all the things you missed while you were gone.  And it's been a busy couple of days at The Shadow Over Portland office, as I've been working to get all the amazing Horror/Sci Fi/Fantasy events coming to the Pacific Northwest in May.  While it might have cost me a few grey hairs, I think I've got everything on the site in time for this edition of the Weekly Update.

Thank the genre lords, I think I got them all!
Wait, what do you mean you found something else?
NOOOOO!

In this edition of the Weekly Update, you'll find details on how you can become a Patron of Horror at the Portland Horror Film Festival, find some great live theater events in Portland, OR, and Lakewood, WA, get details on the Seattle International Film Festival genre offerings and SO MUCH MORE!

Getting caught up with all the May events means I haven't had much time to work on all the events happening in June, and later in the year.  So be sure to check out the Horror/Sci Fi/Fantasy Calendar for some truly amazing films, stage events and conventions coming to the Pacific Northwest.  I hope to have the calendar updated by the end of the weekend, so get your day planner of choice ready!

If you want to make sure your event is listed on The Shadow Over Portland, all you need to do is email me at shadowoverportland@live.com with all the details and promotional artwork, and I'll take care of the rest.  Best of all, getting your event listed on the site is FREE, so you don't need to worry about being billed for reaching hundreds of Horror/Sci Fi/Fantasy Fans across the Pacific Northwest.

And please help spread the word.  If you attend any of the events listed here, let the organizers know you read about it at The Shadow Over Portland!
