It's a great week to be a Pacific Northwest Horror/Sci Fi/Fantasy Fan!

I'm serious, you'll find so much to do in this edition of the Weekly Update, you might feel pulled into pieces trying to see everything.

Such sights to see!  I haven't been this happy since last October!!

And it's not just movies, though you'll find a great selection from old classics to new releases, and several from John Waters.  But I've also got details on a mermaid opera, a toy show, a film festival, a Bigfoot discussion, and screenings of the first four Evil Dead movies, including the original in GLORIOUS 35mm!  Just scroll down and you'll find all the details.

You will also want to check out the Horror/Sci Fi/Fantasy Calendar, as I've included details on the May screenings of Lifeforce and 2001: A Space Odyssey in GLORIOUS 70mm at the Hollywood Theatre in Portland (tickets will sell out fast), a growing list of May the Fourth events, and for Twilight fans reading this site, an August weekend in St Helens with three of the actors, a tour of shooting locations and much more.  And I haven't mentioned everything, so check it out!  And you know more will be coming, so keep checking back!!

Oh, and I haven't forgotten my pledge to start The Shadow Over Portland podcast.  The day job is keeping me too busy to start on it, but I get a five day break in May, giving me a chance to play with my new tech and make it happen.

That's all I have for now.  Stay safe and I'll be back next week with more great events happening under The Shadow Over Portland!

If you'd like to support the site, please visit my Ko-fi page.  Thank you!
