It's time for a Special Edition of the Weekly Update, because you don't want to miss these events!

Wow, haven't done one of these in a while, and it might not be the last this week.  Between everything happening, and the day job, I've been a bit overwhelmed.

So, when the 99W Drive-In (in Newberg, OR) released their Thursday Night Terror screening, and I read an email fgrom the Renton Civic Theatre, I had to get these events out.  The posters for the Renton Civic Theater are awesome, the films at each venue are great, and I really wish I wasn't living in Portland and without a car, as I'd so be there.

Expect more updates this week, as I'm still adding more to the Calendar.  Until then, check these events out.

Thursday Night Terror at the 99W Drive-In (3110 Portland Rd in Newberg, OR) presents Francis Ford Coppola's Bram Stoker's Dracula tonight at 6:30 pm.

The Renton Civic Theatre (507 S 3rd St in Renton, WA) is holding the second night (sorry, I missed the first) of the Halloween Horror Movie Fest.  You can catch George Romero's classic Night of the Living DeadCity of the Dead (AKA Horror Hotel), starring Christopher Lee, and Roger Corman's The Wasp Woman for just $10 tonight, starting at 7 pm.  And the poster for the event is AWESOME!

The MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR isn't over yet, as the Renton Civic Theatre (507 S 3rd St in Renton, WA) is hosting a screening of The Nightmare Before Christmas, and a costume contest, tonight starting at 7:30 pm.

Wow, this Weekly Update is full of great stuff!

And I'm caught up, at least through October.  I think.  Still checking to make sure the site is as up-to-date as possible, so you don't miss anything.  I know I a few events weren't on the site, and I apologize for that.  But I hope my current work schedule will allow me to keep up on the site better than I have during the past year.  Fingers and tentacles crossed.

Of course, crossing my fingers might come back to bite me in the ass.  BAD HAND!

Regardless of how things work out with my new schedule, I'm still adding events to the Horror/Sci Fi/Fantasy Calendar.  You know Krampus will show up between now and the end of the year, and plenty of other events will crop up.  So if you want to plan out the rest of the year, keep checking back!

Well, that's all I have for now.  Stay safe, enjoy THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR, and I'll be back next week with more events happening under The Shadow Over Portland.
