Sorry for tardiness of this edition of the Weekl Update, but you'll find it worth the wait!

Well, I had plans to get the Weekly Update out earlier, but life got in the way.  My cell phone's battery was all but dead and I needed to replace it, I had to go out a pick up a MacBook someone was giving to me on an extended loan, and the day job just kept eating away at my free time and energy.  Working in a kitchen during the summer months will drain you, as you feel you're working in a humid swamp most of the time.

It might be more tolerable if the dress code was a bit more relaxed.
Damn the need to wear pants and a shirt!

But I hope you find the wait worth your time, Pacific Northwest Horror/Sci Fi/Fantasy Fans, as this edition of the Weekly Update is full of great movies, markets, stage events and MORE!

And if you doubt things could get better, head over to the Horror/Sci Fi/Fantasy Calendar, so you can plan out the next few months without missing anything!  And remember, I'm updating it every few days, so keep checking back.

I've also got a few new ideas for The Shadow Over Portland, if I can smooth out some of the details, so stay tuned for some exciting news coming soon!

As for coming events, it's never too early to start planning for THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR!  So if you have a genre themed event coming in October, or any time in 2019, you can advertise it for FREE on the site.  Just email me at shadowoverportland@live.com with the details and promotional artwork, and I'll post it ASAP.

From Ashland, OR, to Vancouver, BC, The Shadow Over Portland has you covered!
