I'm still behind, but at least the update is on time!

Well, last weekend wasn't as productive as I'd hoped.  I was still feeling worn out by the past work week and spent more time on the couch binge watching The Last of Us and the first season of Penny Dreadful, instead of something productive, like working on the site or cleaning my place.  I'll try again this weekend, and I hope I can get it done, as the Halloween events just keep piling up.

I think he means "Embrace the season."

Regardless, this Weekly Update is full of all the great live events and films I could find.  The Invincible Czars are touring the Pacific Northwest, provided live accompaniment to the silent classics Nosferatu and The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari.  Godzillathon is coming to the Hollywood Theatre in Portland, OR, the They Came from Outer Space series at SIFF Egyptian is in full swing in Seattle, WA, and you'll find details on MUCH MUCH MORE!

Be sure to check out the Horror/Sci Fi/Fantasy Calendar, and the Halloween Haunted Attractions 2023 pages for details even more events during the Halloween Season and BEYOND!  I'll be updating it this weekend (fingers and tentacles crossed), so be sure to check back.

Well, as usual, have to get back to the day job.  Have a great week, take care, and I'll be back next Friday with more get things happening under The Shadow Over Portland!

If you'd like to support the site, please visit my Ko-fi page.  Thank you!
