The rain is coming back to the Pacific Northwest, but the events taking place over the next two weekends will keep Horror/Sci Fi/Fantasy Fans noticing the stormy weather!

Of course, most Pacific Northwest residents have been through this before.  A couple days of bright, sunny, dry weather, than a 30 degree drop in the temperature and rain clouds filling the sky once again.

Of course, if you're like me, you want to head for the nearest castle
and hope for a lightning storm before the guests arrive.

But while others might start feeling sad, Horror/Sci Fi/Fantasy Fans will have a smile on their faces.  The next two weekends are so FULL of great movies, conventions and stage performances that you'll forget all about the damp and dreary days coming our way.

Before I forget, the Open Auditions Page has been updated with links for applications to perform a routine in both Frankenstein* A Monster Burlesque Story (hurry, applications are due on Friday, April 27) and Horrific: A Night of Horror Themed Dance 4 (applications due on May 1).

And don't you forget to check out the updated Horror/Sci Fi/Fantasy Calendar for all the events happening in 2018 and beyond.  You'll find lots of great upcoming events, with more on the way, so grab your day planner and have a look!

Remember, you can have your event listed on the site by emailing me at shadowoverportland@live.com with the details and promotional artwork, and I'll do everything else.  Except for billing you, as listings are FREE!

And if you attend any of the events listed on the site, please help spread the word.  Let the organizers know you read about it at The Shadow Over Portland!!
