The summer blockbuster season has NOTHING on the great Horror/Sci Fi/Fantasy events coming to the Pacific Northwest!

Yes, the summer blockbuster season is in full swing at the local multiplexes, and I'm sure many of you will be checking out the new Godzilla movie, because.... GODZILLA!

Seriously, for the love of Godzilla, who's going
to miss this mayhem on the big screen?
I know I'm not!

But if the rest of the films coming to the major theaters don't excite you, fear not!  Just take a look at this edition of the Weekly Update for a taste of the great Horror/Sci Fi/Fantasy films, cons, stage events and MORE coming to the Pacific Northwest this week.  You'll find lots to do after you check out the kaiju action!

Oh, if you're in the Portland, OR, area, skip the multiplex and head to The Hollywood Theatre to catch Godzilla, King of the Monsters.  Support your local independent theaters, folks!

And don't fret about the rest of the summer.  Just head to the Horror/Sci Fi/Fantasy Calendar for plenty of other great events coming our way.  From Satanic burlesque to 70mm sci fi thrills at The Hollywood Theatre and several great cons, you'll find plenty of reasons to avoid the multiplexes over the summer.
