Friday, October 6, 2023

Of course, I'm still behind on updates to the site. It's October, and to be expected.

October, the MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR, gets a bit overwhelming at The Shadow Over Portland office (well, actually my desk in a corner of my apartment), and I'm never able to get all the great events out on time, and miss the dates on a few.  And even more keep popping up every day.

Okay, I've got everything covered.  What the hell, there's even MORE?!?!?

So, if you want to see everything that will make it to the site (if I get to post it before the event's date), head over to my Facebook page and scroll down.  Any event I haven't "LIKED" is likely not on the site yet.  You might come across some I have found through other avenues and have been added, but it's a good way to see what will end up on the Horror/Sci Fi/Fantasy Calendar at some point (hoping this weekend).  And this includes events that will be on the Halloween Haunted Attractions 2023 page as well.

As I continue my quest to get the site up to date, enjoy this edition of the Weekly Update, with great Halloween events taking place over the next week.  And, if you scroll down, you'll see I've got a lot to share with Pacific Northwest Horror/Sci Fi/Fantasy Fans.

Well, this week the day job isn't calling, but I have to get ready for the H. P. Lovecraft Film Festival and CthulhuCon.  I have tickets for tonight and tomorrow, and really want to get a seat for Suitable Flesh this evening.  So take care, have a great week, and I'll be back next Friday with more great Halloween events taking place under The Shadow Over Portland!

If you'd like to support the site, visit my Ko-fi page.  Thank you.
